This What Zone Are You In poster is a classroom zones check-in chart with four color states. Green Zone is good to go, with happy, calm, proud, and focused. Yellow Zone means slow down, with confused, frustrated, worried, and excited. Red Zone means stop, with scared, angry, furious, and panicked. Blue Zone means rest, with sick, bored, tired, and sad.

A footer reminds students there is no wrong zone, then offers a simple process: notice it, name it, and choose what you need. Teachers, school counselors, occupational therapists, and special education teams can use it for morning check-ins and calm-corner regulation.
